James’s professional journey began after studying Biology and Business Management in Atlanta, Georgia, before returning home in 2006. Since then, he has made a significant impact in Nassau’s restaurant and hospitality industry, founding and managing several successful establishments. Coming from a family of commercial real estate entrepreneurs, James was mentored early on by his parents and grandparents, who instilled in him the values of honesty, professionalism, and transparency, principles that continue to guide his work today. His extensive local knowledge, strong network, and commitment to smooth, stress-free transactions make him a trusted advisor for both local and international clients.

Bianca complements the team with her natural passion for helping others and her keen eye for homes and landscapes.
