Tati with a stellar track record in luxury property sales, transitioned her thriving career from Los Angeles to find love in The Bahamas. With a background in real estate management, marketing, and business coaching, Tati has successfully converted her talents into Island Experience Manager orchestrating unforgettable and meaningful local experiences for home buyers, sellers, and investors on the island of Eleuthera.
Like David, Tatjana grew up around developing new homes, and the real estate world. She got her real estate license in California in 2012 and has been engulfed in the world ever since. After moving to the Bahamas in 2016 she kept her real estate ventures going while abroad. She is passionate about the lifestyle Eleuthera has to offer, the calmness of the culture, the endless blues of the ocean and the island lifestyle has truly been a dream for her. The combination of her love for real estate and her love for The Bahamas have collided into her dream business alongside her husband David.
As a licensed Real Estate Agent he is now able to share his love for construction and combine it with his passion for Eleuthera by assisting buyers & sellers in the process of listing or buying their home. Watching his dad build his house with his own hands over a 25 year span was an experience that most would never have. From laying bricks to installing electrical and plumbing, David has learned all about the hard work it takes to build a home.
