About Kyle Stevens

Raised on Green Turtle Cay, Abaco, Kyle Stevens has spent much of his life on the water. Growing up in his family's highly respected dive center and tour company, he developed a deep understanding of Abaco's waterfront communities, boating culture, and island way of life.  As he grew older, he helped manage and grow the family business, welcoming guests from around the world while building lasting relationships throughout the islands.

After studying Business and Finance internationally and earning his Bachelor's Degree, Kyle returned home with a global perspective while remaining deeply connected to his island roots.

With more than a decade of real estate experience, including holding a Florida real estate license, Kyle combines sound business judgment with authentic local expertise to help buyers, sellers, and investors make informed decisions.

Having spent years exploring the cays and waterways of Abaco, Kyle understands that buying property is about more than finding the right home—it is about understanding the lifestyle, the logistics, and the long-term potential of island living. 

When he is not working with clients, he can often be found boating through the cays, scuba diving vibrant reefs, fishing, island hopping, or traveling the world. His firsthand knowledge of waterfront living, private docks, boating access, and life across the islands gives clients a perspective few real estate professionals can offer.
